甘肃省学龄期儿童行为问题流行病调查分析

摘要: 目的 了解甘肃省学龄期儿童行为问题的流行率及特征,为开展儿童心理卫生工作提供依据。方法 采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)中国标准化版本(家长用)和自编相关因素调查表对甘肃省6市县8~16岁的5 435名学龄儿童进行调查。结果 甘肃省儿童行为问题检出率为19.8%,其中男生检出率为20.4%,女生检出率为19.2%;小学生检出率为14.9%,中学生检查率为22.4%。低出生体重(≤2 500 g)、师生及同学关系不良是学龄儿童行为问题的重要影响因素。结论 围生期的高危因素对学龄儿童的行为发展有一定的影响,家庭和学校环境中的多种因素与儿童行为问题有一定的关联。

Abstract: Objective To know about the incidence of school-age children behavior problem and its influencing factors in Gansu province,and provide reference for children's psychological health. Method A total of 5 435 school students aged from 8 to 16 years were investigated in 6 cities and counties of Gansu province with Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) Chinese Version and self-made questionaire of influencing factors.Results The detecting rate of school students identified with behavior problem was 19.8%.The prevalence of behavioral problems in male was 20.4% and that in females was 19.2%.The prevalence of behavioral problems in primary school was 14.9% and that in high school was 22.4%.Low birth weight (≤2 500 g)and the poor relations among student-teacher or classmates were important factors affecting the behavior problems of school-age children.Conclusions Perinatal high-risk factors have a certain effects on the behavioral development of school-age children.A variety of factors in the family and school environment are associated with children's behavioral problems
