摘要: 随着现代社会的迅猛发展,空气污染加剧,引起了一系列呼吸系统疾病,受到人们广泛关注。肺部疾病的生物标记物Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CC16)主要是由分布在呼吸道的Clara细胞分泌产生,有保护气道的作用。近年来研究表明室内外空气污染暴露可能会影响CC16水平,但具体机制尚不完全清楚。本文从室内外空气污染暴露与儿童CC16关系以及空气污染影响CC16的机制等方面进行综述。

Abstract: With the rapid development of modern society,a series of respiratory diseases caused by air pollution have been widely concerned.Clara cell secretory protein (CC16),a biomarker of lung disease,is mainly produced by the secretion of Clara cells in the respiratory tract.In recent years,the study show that indoor and outdoor air pollution exposure may affect the level of CC16,but the specific mechanism is not completely clear.In this paper,the relationship between indoor and outdoor air pollution exposure and children's CC16 and the mechanism of the effect of air pollution on CC16 are reviewed in detail.
