悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿核心稳定性的影响

Effect of sling exercise training on core stability of children with spastic cerebral palsy

摘要: 目的 分析悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿核心稳定性的影响,为脑瘫患儿的康复治疗提供科学依据。方法 将2016年10月-2018年3月在青岛市妇女儿童医院治疗的60例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分成对照组和实验组各30例,对照组采用常规康复训练,实验组常规康复训练基础上增加悬吊训练,两组均治疗3个月。治疗前和治疗后3个月采用核心稳定性评估方法、粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、10 m步行测试(10MWT)分别对两组患儿进行评估,并对评估结果进行比较和分析。结果 治疗3个月后,两组患儿的平板支撑时间、仰卧双腿上举角度、仰卧静态卷腹维持时间、GMFM-88 D、E区评分、BBS评分、10MWT时间、步数相比于治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且实验组明显优于对照组(t=2.95、3.78、3.46、3.37、2.89、4.52、7.33、3.96,P<0.01)。结论 悬吊训练能有效地提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿的核心稳定性,改善患儿的运动功能。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of sling exercise training on the core stability of children with spastic cerebral palsy,So as to provide scientific basics for the rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebrd palsy. Methods Sixty patients with spastic cerebral palsy treated in Qingdao Women and Children′s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group from October 2016 to March 2018 with 30 cases in each group.The control group was giver routine rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received sling exercise training additionally.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and were assessed with core stability assessment,D and E domains of Gross Motor Function Measure 88 (GMFM-88),Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and the timed 10 meters walk test (10MWT) before and after 3 months of treatment. Result After 3 months of treatment,flat support time,supine legs raised angle,supine static belly support time,the scores of GMFM-88 D、E,BBS,time and steps of 10MWT in two groups were both improved than before (P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (t=2.95、3.78、3.46、3.37、2.89、4.52、7.33、3.96,P<0.01). Conclusion The sling exercise training could effectively improve the core stability and the motion function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
