对氧磷酶2与白三烯受体在儿童支气管哮喘中表达的相关性及临床生物学意义

Express of PON2 and LTSR in the children of the bronchial asthma and relevance with clinical biological significance

摘要: 目的 研究对氧磷酶2与白三烯受体在儿童支气管哮喘中表达的相关性及临床生物学意义,为儿童哮喘发病机制提供分子病理学研究基础。方法 以正常儿童群体为对照采用双抗体夹心ELISA法比较对氧磷酶2与白三烯受体在儿童支气管哮喘不同亚组及缓解组中的差异。结果 对氧磷酶2与白三烯受体的表达在正常儿童、哮喘急性发作患儿中存在明显差异。哮喘患儿根据其症状严重程度分组,轻症组与重症组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05),且其表达水平与症状存在正相关关系,r值分别为0.81和0.73(P<0.05)。结论 对氧磷酶2与白三烯受体可作为独立风险预测因子判定儿童哮喘的演进和转归。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between serum paraoxonase 2 and lekukotriene receptor expression in children with bronchial asthma and explore its clinical significance. Methods Compare the serum paraoxonase 2 and leukotriene receptor of different groups in children with bronchial asthma by ELISA,which take the normal children as control. Results There were obvious differences in the expression of the serum paraoxonase 2 and leukotriene receptor between normal children and bronchial asthma cases.Also,there was positive correlation among the severity grade of symptom and their expression level.The r values were 0.81 and 0.73 (P<0.05). Conclusion The paraoxonase 2 and leukotriene receptor can be used as an independent risk factor to detect the prognosis of children with bronchial asthma.
