维生素D影响新生儿黄疸的可能机制

摘要: 维生素D是一类重要的脂溶性维生素,不仅可以调节机体的钙磷代谢,还具有抗氧化、抗感染、免疫调节、促进细胞增殖分化等作用。近年来的研究发现不同的血清维生素D水平还与新生儿黄疸有关。基于新生儿黄疸影响因素众多,本文就维生素D影响新生儿黄疸的可能机制进行综述。

Abstract: Vitamin D is an important liposoluble vitamin, which can not only regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism, but also have the functions of anti-oxidation, anti-infection, immunomodulation, promoting cell proliferation and differentiation. Recent studies have found that different levels of serum vitamin D are also associated with neonatal jaundice. In view of many influencing factors of neonatal jaundice, this review combs the possible mechanism of vitamin D affecting neonatal jaundice.
