摘要: 儿童食物过敏发生率逐年增加,成为一个受到社会各界关注的重要健康问题。近期研究发现维生素D从胎儿时期即可影响人体免疫系统的调节作用,母体低水平的维生素D会增加子代过敏性疾病的风险。但目前国内外关于母体维生素D营养状态与子代食物过敏相关研究较少,为此本文就母体维生素D营养状态与子代食物过敏发生相关性进行综述。

Abstract: The prevalence of children's food allergy is increasing year by year, which has become an important health problem that has attracted the attention of all sectors of society. Recent studies have found that vitamin D can affect the regulation of human immune system from fetal stage, and maternal low levels of vitamin D will increase the risk of allergic diseases in offspring. However, there are few studies on maternal vitamin D status and offspring food allergy at home and abroad. Therefore, this paper reviews related studies on this topic.
