摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析母亲文化程度对0～35月龄儿童综合发展的影响。方法收集贵州、山西偏远山区的2 105名儿童及其母亲的基本信息;运用2006年WHO的儿童生长发育标准和年龄与发育进程问卷(Ages & Stages Questionnaires,ASQ)分别评价儿童的体格生长、行为发育状况;运用Logistic回归分析母亲文化程度对儿童发展的影响。结果随着母亲文化程度的升高,儿童的低体重率、生长迟缓率逐渐下降;行为发育中除沟通能区外,其他四个能区的异常率、总发育迟缓率也逐渐下降。结论母亲文化程度是儿童体格生长、行为发育的重要影响因素。文化程度较高的母亲,能通过卫生服务的有效利用、对儿童的合理喂养及早期教育促进儿童的综合发展。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the influence of maternal education on the development of children aged 0 to 35 months.Methods A total of 2 105 pairs of infants and their mothers from remote villages of Guizhou,and Shanxi provinces were investigated.World Health Organization (WHO) standards and Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) were used to assess children's growth and neurodevelopment.Logistic regression was used to assess the association of maternal education with the development of children.Results Excepted the communication domain,the prevalence of underweight,stunting and neurodevelopment delay of other four domains decreased as the increases of maternal education level.Conclusions Maternal education plays an important role in the development of children.Through effective use of health services,suitable child feeding practices and early education,mothers with high education level may improve the integrated development of children.
