儿童哮喘与肥胖相关关系的病例对照研究

摘要: 目的 探讨重庆市儿童哮喘与肥胖发病风险的关联程度,为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法 采用病例对照研究,共纳入6~13岁的120名哮喘儿童及240名非哮喘儿童作为研究对象,对研究对象进行体格检查及问卷调查、血液学检测。结果 与正常对照组相比,体质指数(body mass index,BMI)的升高可增加儿童哮喘发病风险(t=8.64,P=0.000);二手烟暴露史与哮喘发病风险呈正相关(χ2=7.38,P=0.007)。哮喘组肥胖人群的胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、C反应蛋白水平均高于正常体重组(P值均<0.05)。结论 儿童BMI及血脂谱、C反应蛋白水平的升高均可增加哮喘的发病风险。

Abstract: Objective To explore the association between obesity and astnma in children of Chongqing city. Methods This case-control study included 360 (120 asthmatic children and 240 healthy children) aged 6~13 years old.Anthropometric measures and blood samples for analysis of metabolic factors were determined and compared between the two groups. Results Body mass index (BMI) was positively associated with current asthma (t=8.64,P=0.000).Exposure to secondhand smoking was significantly associated with asthma among obesity children (χ2=7.38,P=0.007).Total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels,C- reactive protein (CRP) levels were all increased progressively in the asthmatics group and obese asthmatics group than control( all P<0.05). Conclusion Higher BMI,elevated serum lipid and CRP levels are associated with increased incident risk of asthma in children.
