儿童营养不足与生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子-1相关性研究进展

摘要: 目前,儿童营养不足的情况在我国农村和贫困山区仍较常见,常因蛋白质与锌、铁等微量元素摄入不足,出现生长发育迟缓、低体重、贫血等现象。生长激素(GH)/胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)轴是促进儿童和青少年生长发育的主要调控因素。本文主要总结了儿童和青少年营养不足对GH/IGF-1轴的影响,以及在评估GH/IGF-1轴时考虑儿童营养状况的重要性。

Abstract: At present, undernutrition is still common among children and adolescents in our country, especially in remote and rural areas of the western China. Children in remote areas often suffer from inadequate intake of protein and trace elements such as zinc and iron due to economic reasons, resulting in growth retardation, low weight and anemia. The growth hormone (GH)/insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) axis is the main regulator of growth and development in children and adolescents. This review summarizes the effects of undernutrition on the GH/IGF-1 axis and discusses the importance of nutritional status of children in assessing the GH/IGF-1 axis.
