维生素K与儿童骨健康的研究进展

摘要: 维生素K与骨代谢的积极作用在成人中已经得到了证实,但对儿童骨代谢的影响尚未深入研究。因此,本文根据现有的文献对维生素K的生物学特征、功能、维生素K调节骨代谢的作用机制及目前开展的与儿童骨健康相关的研究作一综述,为维生素K的进一步研究及应用于儿童骨健康提供依据。

Abstract: The positive effect of vitamin K on bone metabolism has been confirmed in adults, but its effect on bone metabolism in children has not been further studied. Therefore, based on the existing literature, this paper reviews the biological characteristics and functions of vitamin K, the mechanism of vitamin K regulating bone metabolism, and the current studies related to bone health in children, so as to provide evidence for further research and application of vitamin K in children's bone health.
