Clinical application of core stability training on fine motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.

核心稳定性训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿精细运动功能中的临床应用

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of core stability training on fine motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.All the patients received routine rehabilitation.The observation group received core stability training additionally.Their fine motor function were assessed with PDMS-2 before and after 3 months treatment. Results The scores of standard score for grasp,standard score for visual-motor integration and fine motor quotient in PDMS-2 all improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05),and the observation group were more effective than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Core stability training can improve fine motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.

摘要: 目的 探讨核心稳定性训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿精细运动功能的影响。方法 将80例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规康复训练;观察组在对照组基础上采用核心稳定性训练进行治疗。治疗前和治疗后3个月,采用 Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS-2)对两组治疗前后精细运动功能进行评估。结果 治疗3个月后,两组患儿治疗后的PDMS-2量表中抓握标准分、视觉-运动整合标准分、精细动作发育商的评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 核心稳定性训练可有效提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿精细运动功能。
