Research progress of nutrition education for preschoolers

Abstract: As one of the contents of health education of preschoolers,nutrition education is getting more and more attention,but because of its late start,it needs to be developed and perfected in the specific implementation strategy.The educational goal,educational content,content organization,curriculum implementation and evaluation are summarized in the thesis after looking up the literatures at home and abroad to provide the reference for future research.

摘要: 营养教育作为学前儿童健康教育内容之一,愈来愈受重视,但因起步较晚,在具体的实施策略上有待发展与完善。本研究对目前国内外文献进行综述,从教育目标、教育内容、内容组织、课程的实施及评价等方面探讨了幼儿营养教育课程的构建,以期为后续研究提供参考。
