Abstract: This paper introduces present situation of metabolic bone disease(MBD) in preterm infants, and discusses the characteristics of mineral metabolism before and after birth. The causes of MBD in premature infants include intrauterine and ectopic environmental factors.

摘要: 本文介绍了早产儿代谢性骨病发病基础及现状,主要论述了早产儿出生前后矿物质代谢特点,指出早产儿代谢性骨病发生的原因与宫内及宫外环境因素密切相关。
