手功能分级系统在脑性瘫痪中的应用研究

Abstract: The manual ability classification system (MACS) is one of the most commonly used methods to assess the grading of manual ability in children with cerebral palsy.It has been widely used at home and abroad in the assessment,treatment and management of children with cerebral palsy. This article reviews the researches on the application of MACS in children′s rehabilitation medicine to promote the wide use of MACS in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.

摘要: 手功能分级系统(MACS)是目前国际上用来评估脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)儿童手功能分级最常见的方法之一,目前已在国内外广泛应用于脑瘫儿童的评估、治疗及管理中。本文就MACS于儿童康复医学中应用的研究进行综述,以促进MACS在脑瘫儿童康复中的应用。
