Abstract: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder.At present,the pathogenesis of ASD is not clear,and there is no effective treatment.In recent years,many studies have shown that vitamin D plays an important role in brain development and the occurrence and development of ASD.This review combs the progress on the mechanisms of vitamin D in ASD.

摘要: 孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种神经发育障碍性疾病,目前发病机制尚不明确,也没有确切有效的治疗措施。近年来许多研究表明维生素D对脑发育及ASD的发生发展有重要意义,本文将对近年来维生素D在ASD中作用机制的研究进展作一综述。
