Abstract: Objective To analyze the effects of early parent-child interaction at 1.5―2 months on the sociality performance of infants at the age of 6 and 12 months old,so as to provide scientific guidance for promoting early child development. Methods Mothers and infants who were followed up for 1.5―2 months,6 months and 12 months old till January 2019 were enrolled in this study. The parent-child interaction behavior was evaluated at the age of 1.5 to 2 months old,and the sociality performance of infants was evaluated at the age of 6 months and 12 months old. Results Univariate analysis showed that the early parent-child interaction scored lower in groups of maternal delivery age≥35 years old, postpartum depression, premature birth and low birth weight(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that less early parent-child interaction was a risk factor for the overall dysplasia of sociality performance in infants aged 6 months[responding to people and things(OR=1.36,95% CI:1.06―1.75),the game reaction(OR=1.39,95% CI:1.08―1.78) and autonomous movement(OR=1.49,95% CI:1.12―1.99)].Moreover,less early parent-child interaction was a risk factor for the overall dysplasia of sociality performance in infants aged 12 months[responding to people and things(OR=1.46,95% CI:1.05―2.04) and autonomous movement(OR=1.52,95% CI:1.09―2.13)]. Conclusion Less early parent-child interaction at 1.5 to 2 months old significantly increase the risk of sociality performance dysplasia in infants at the age of 6 months old,and this impact will continue to affect the development of infants at the age of 12 months old.
