Abstract: Over the past 20 years,food allergy has become more and more common globally. So there is an urgent need for effective preventive treatment. Polyunsaturated fatty acids,especially n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,can affect the immune response of the body and prevent the development of immune disorders by suppressing inflammation. This review discusses the relationship between polyunsaturated fatty acids and food allergy based on the influencing factors of food allergy,summarizes the current research results on the relationship between polyunsaturated fatty acids and food allergy,aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of food allergy in children.

摘要: 在过去的20年里,食物过敏在全球范围内变得越来越普遍,迫切需要有效的预防治疗方法,而多不饱和脂肪酸可以影响人体的免疫反应,尤其是n-3多不饱和脂肪酸,可以通过“抑制炎症”的作用防止免疫紊乱的发展。本篇综述从食物过敏的影响因素出发,探讨了多不饱和脂肪酸与儿童食物过敏之间的关系,总结了目前关于多不饱和脂肪酸与食物过敏之间的研究成果,旨在为儿童食物过敏的防治提供新思路。
