妊娠期高血糖暴露对子代神经发育结局的影响

Abstract: With the increasing incidence of pre-gestational diabetes mellitus (PGDM) and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), the number of infants of diabetic mothers (IDMs) is also increasing year by year. Due to the abnormal metabolism in the intrauterine environment of pregnant women with GDM, their offspring have different degrees of short-term or long-term neurological abnormalities. There are relatively few studies on the short-term or long-term neurobehavior of offspring exposed to hyperglycemia during pregnancy. Therefore, this article summarizes the short-term and long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes of offspring under hyperglycemia exposure during pregnancy.

摘要: 随着孕前糖尿病(PGDM)及妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)发生率的增加,糖尿病母亲婴儿(IDMs)亦逐年增多。由于GDM孕妇宫内环境的代谢异常,其后代存在不同程度的短期或长期神经系统发育异常。对于妊娠期高血糖暴露下对子代短期或长期神经行为的研究相对较少。因此,本文就妊娠期高血糖暴露下对子代近远期神经发育结局予以总结。
