微小RNA与儿童神经精神障碍之间关系的研究进展

Abstract: MicroRNA is a group of short endogenous non-coding RNA molecules that regulate gene expression and play an important role in the proliferation, differentiation, synaptic formation, synaptic plasticity and apoptosis of neurons in the central nervous system.A large number of studies have confirmed that changes in the expression pattern of microRNA in different brain regions may be involved in the occurrence and development of children's neuropsychiatric disorders such as autism spectrum disorders.MicroRNA is expected to become a biomarker for early diagnosis and a target for the development of new drugs.

摘要: 微小RNA是一组短的内源性非编码RNA分子,具有调控基因表达作用,对中枢神经系统神经元增殖、分化、突触形成、突触可塑性和细胞凋亡有重要作用。大量研究证实不同脑区的微小RNA表达模式改变可能参与了孤独症谱系障碍等儿童神经精神障碍的发生和发展,微小RNA有望成为早期诊断的生物学标记物和研制新药的靶目标。
