Abstract: Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have extensive and obvious working memory deficits, which affect their symptom development and performance in reasoning, organizational planning, selective attention, and other aspects. Therefore, the training of working memory is of substantial significance for ADHD children. This review focuses on the domestic and foreign studies of working memory training in recent years, summarizes its theoretical basis, executive function and behavioral efficacy, and reviews the limitations.

摘要: 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿广泛存在明显的工作记忆缺陷,并且影响其症状发展和推理、组织计划、选择注意等方面的表现,因此针对工作记忆的干预对于ADHD患儿有实质性意义。本文针对目前国内外开展的工作记忆训练的研究,对其理论依据、执行功能的影响及行为的疗效以及研究不足之处做一综述。
