维生素A缺乏与儿童感染性疾病

Abstract: Vitamin A is one of the important nutrients for human growth and development. It not only participates in body's metabolism, maintains the body's normal visual response, but also maintains the integrity of the mucosal epithelium. Additionally, vitamin A plays an auxiliary anti-infection role in intestinal infections and respiratory infections. This review will briefly summarize the correlation between vitamin A deficiency and infectious diseases in children.

摘要: 维生素A是人体生长发育重要的营养素之一,不仅参与机体新陈代谢,维持人体正常视觉反应,也维持黏膜上皮完整性,在肠道感染和呼吸道感染中发挥辅助抗感染作用。本文将对维生素A缺乏与儿童感染性疾病的相关性进行简要概述。
