注意缺陷多动障碍和肥胖共病机制的研究进展

Abstract: Epidemiological survey shows that the incidence of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder with comorbid obesity is relatively high. Obesity not only increases the risk of hypertension and hyperglycemia, but also impairs the social function of ADHD patients, which brings challenge to the management of ADHD. Recent etiology studies about the comorbidity of ADHD and obesity reveal that brain volume and functional connectivity abnormalities, abnormal neurotransmitters metabolism and high genetic correlations may explain part of the causes.

摘要: 流行病学调查显示,注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)共病肥胖的发生率较高。肥胖除了增加机体高血压、高血糖和高血脂等代谢风险,也会加重ADHD核心症状对儿童青少年社会功能的负面影响,给ADHD患儿的管理带来挑战。目前ADHD和肥胖共病的相关机制研究主要集中于影像学、神经生化学以及基因遗传学等方面,ADHD和肥胖在大脑结构和功能上的相似区域、神经递质的交互作用以及基因学上的关联可能涉及到ADHD共病肥胖的病理生理机制。
