Methods A total of 130 simple obese children aged 3~8 were enrolled, and were randomly assigned to an individualized diet, exercise, behavioral intervention (individualized group) and general intervention (routine group). After one-year intervention, body mass index (BMI),waist circumference, body fat percentage, glucose and lipid metabolism and C-creative protein (CRP) were compared between two groups and body shape index of different genders, different places of study were compared before and after intervention among the individualized groups. Results After 1 year of intervention, the decrease of BMI,waist circumference, body weight and body fat percentage in the individual group was more obvious than those in the routine group (P<0.001).The height growth of the individualized group was higher than that of the routine group (P<0.001).The levels of fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin,LDL,TG,TC and CRP in the individual group were lower than those in the routine group (P<0.01),and HDL was higher than that in the routine group (P<0.01). Conclusion Individualized health management can effectively improve the body shape of simple obese children aged 3~8.Improving the levels of glucose, lipid metabolism and CRP is an effective intervention model for obese children. %U https://manu41.magtech.com.cn/Jwk_zgetbjzz/EN/10.11852/zgetbjzz2018-26-01-08
