By 2014,12.2% of school-age children over 7 years old in China were overweight and 7.3% were obese,with a total of 34.96 million children. This number could increased to 50 million by 2030. Medical nutrition therapy of obesity in children and adolescents includes active screening of high-risk groups and comprehensive intervention involving diets,physical exercises and lifestyle change of obesity children and adolescents.
