Methods Sixty patients with spastic cerebral palsy treated in Qingdao Women and Children′s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group from October 2016 to March 2018 with 30 cases in each group. The control group was giver routine rehabilitation training, and the experimental group received sling exercise training additionally. Both groups were treated for 3 months, and were assessed with core stability assessment,D and E domains of Gross Motor Function Measure 88 (GMFM-88),Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and the timed 10 meters walk test (10MWT) before and after 3 months of treatment. Result After 3 months of treatment, flat support time, supine legs raised angle, supine static belly support time, the scores of GMFM-88 D、E,BBS,time and steps of 10MWT in two groups were both improved than before (P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (t=2.95、3.78、3.46、3.37、2.89、4.52、7.33、3.96,P<0.01). Conclusion The sling exercise training could effectively improve the core stability and the motion function of children with spastic cerebral palsy. %U https://manu41.magtech.com.cn/Jwk_zgetbjzz/EN/10.11852/zgetbjzz2019-0689
