    Objective To investigate the interaction effects of breastfeeding and air pollutants on children's respiratory diseases and symptoms. Methods The study was a cross-sectional study of respiratory health effects of exposure to ambient air pollutants.Based on the results of air pollution measurements taken between 2006 and 2008,the seven cities of Shenyang,Dalian,Anshan,Fushun,Benxi,Liaoyang and Yingkou in Liaoning province were selected as study sites. Results A total of 10 822 children were investigated in the study,a total of 9 318 questionnaires were returned,the response rate was 86.1%.Daily average concentration of four pollutants PM10,SO2,NO2,O3 were analyzed,daily average concentration of PM10,SO2 exceeded the national standards and day average concentrations of PM10,SO2 exceed international standards in all of the 25 districts,daily average concentration of NO2 exceed the national standard in 36% districts.There were 7 319 breastfed children and 1 999 non-breastfed children,and the breastfed boys were more than girls (P<0.05); non-breastfed children compared with breastfed children,atmospheric pollutants PM10,SO2,NO2,O3 per one unit increased in children with persistent cough,the risk of continued sputum showed an increasing trend (P<0.05).Breastfeeding and atmospheric pollutants PM10,SO2,NO2,O3 on wheezing of children existed statistically significant interaction(P<0.20). Conclusion This study provides evidence that there is a significant interaction effects between breastfeeding and air pollutants on some respiratory diseases and symptoms in children.

    Objective To investigate the incidence rate and high-risk factors of intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) and its influence on fetal-neonatal healty. Methods 1)The incidence and high-risk factors of IUGR:From Jan.1,2011 to Dec.31,2011,the clinic data of maternal and newborn infants from six hospitals in China were retrospectively analysed.2)The influence of IUGR on fetal-neonatal health:the data from the NICU of Bayi Children's Hospital were analysed. Results 1) The incidence rate of IUGR was 8.77%.The IUGR incidence in females was 9.80% and it was 7.84% in males(P<0.05),and the incidence of IUGR in preterm infants (16.43%) was higher than that of term infants (7.87%)(P<0.01).2)Logistic analysis showed that hypertensive,abnormal amniotic fluid,and abnormality of umbilical cord were independent factors of IUGR.3)There were significantly higher incidence of complications in IUGR infants including hypoglycemia,asphyxia,hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,gastrointestinal bleeding,congenital malformation,polycythemia,pneumorrhagia,apnea,congenital heart disease,and disseminated intravascular coagulation.Besides,IUGR prolonged their duration of hospital stayed and increased their hospitalization expenses markedly (P<0.05). Conclusion The overall incidence of IUGR is as high as 8.77% in China.IUGR has significantly adverse influence on fetal-neonatal health.These data provide some reference for maternal and perinatal health care.
    Relationship between deaths and congenital genetic metabolic diseases in 0~2 years old children by using of non-derivative tandem mass spectrometry

    Objective To explore the relationships between congenital genetic metabolic disease with unknown cause death of 0~2 years old children and tandem mass spectrometry technology feasibility of screening for congenital genetic metabolic diseases. Methods The level of 11 kinds of amino acid metabolism and 13 kinds of fatty acid indicators were detected in 170 cases of 0~2 years old deaths children with tandem mass spectrometry,170 patients specimens of Beijing area from 2011 to 2012 were divided into 0~3,4~6,7~12,13~24 months groups,and analysed the relationship between birth weight,gestational,amino acid metabolism,fatty acid metabolism and the organic acid metabolism disorder in each group. Results In a total of 170 cases,children with amino acid metabolism abnormalities were 5 cases,fatty acid metabolism abnormalities were 16 cases,accounting for 9.4% of deaths.108 cases died in 0~3 months group with 9 cases of abnormal,accounting for 56.25% of total abnormalities (9/16);26 cases died in 4~6 group with abnormal in 4 cases,accounting for 25.0% of the total number of anomalies (4/16);26 cases died in 7~9 group with 3 cases of abnormal,accounting for 18.75% of the total number of anomalies (3/16);10 patients died in 13~24 months group and found no abnormalities. Conclusion Congenital genetic metabolic diseases is the causes of children death,rapid,sensitive and specific technology of tandem mass spectrometry is an effective method to early assess products of congenital abnormal genetic metabolic.

    Objective To observate change of amplitude integrated electroencephalography(aEEG) on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),the relationship were respectively studied between the aEEG classification and HIE clinical index,HIE head CT dividing,to explore the diagnostic value of aEEG in HIE. Methods A total of 48 HIE newborns who had asphyxia were as the research objects.According to the clinical dividing into mild HIE group of 20 cases,moderate HIE group of 16 cases,and severe HIE group of 12 cases.According to the head CT dividing into mild HIE group of 18 cases,moderate HIE group of 18 cases,and severe HIE group of 12 cases.According to the aEEG classification standard the research objects were divided into normal,mildly abnormal and severe abnormal.aEEG characteristics were observed on 48 cases HIE newborns. Results aEEG abnormal rate of newborns with mild clinical HIE was 13.3%,aEEG abnormal rate of newborns with moderate clinical HIE was 86.7%,and aEEG abnormal rate of newborns with severe clinical HIE was 100.0%.Abnormal degree of aEEG and clinical index of HIE was closely related (r=0.853,P<0.000 5);aEEG abnormal rate of newborns with mild HIE in head CT was 10.5%,aEEG abnormal rate of newborns with moderate HIE in head CT was 82.4%,aEEG abnormal rate of newborns with severe HIE in head CT was 100.0%.Abnormal degree of aEEG and head CT dividing of HIE was closely related (r=0.825,P<0.000 5). Conclusion Abnormal degree of aEEG and clinical index in HIE,head CT dividing in HIE have close positive correlation,and aEEG has great application value in early diagnosis of HIE,judgment condition of HIE and prognosis prediction of HIE.

    Objective To study on etiology of diarrhea among children and to provide the scientific basis for the prevention of the virus diarrhea disease. Method Using epidemiological method to survey patients with diarrhea,virus was detected by enzyme linked immuno assy (ELISA) and revere-transcription polymeras chain reaction (RT-PCR ). Results Virological testing results showed:the rate positive of virus was 53.37%(222/416),40.87% of Rotavirus(170/416),6.97% of human caliciviruses (29/416),0.96% of Astrovirus (4/416),4.57% of Adenovirus (19/416).8.17% of Mixed infection (34/416).The distribution of season:HRV infected highest was December and follow year of January.HuCV infected highest was November and December.AdeV infected highest was December and June.Astv infected highest was January and February.The distribution of month -old of Virus diarrhea:HRV,HuCV,AdeV,AstV of infection most was 12~ month groups (45.23%,38.29%,43.75%,29.41%).66.67% of HRVG3 and p[8](68.13%),p[4](20.88%) were most common stain.23.58% of HRV G9 serotype rose significantly. Conclusions HRV is mainly pathogen of virus diarrhea in children,follow HuCV,AdeV,Astv.G3 and P[8],P[4] of the HRV are epdmics trains,the follow is G9.These results provide important information for HRV vaccine research.

    Objective To investigate the status quo of the maternal parenting stress of the preschool children aged 3~6 in the main city of Nanjing,and its influencing factors were analyzed. Methods A total of 400 preschool children were randomly selected in the main city of Nanjing,the current situation of the maternal parenting stress and its influencing factors were investigated and analyzed through a self-made questionnaire and mother Parenting Stress Scale. Results The factors related to maternal and child physiology conditions,child care environment,the educational level of mothers,the mother's own career-related factors,maternal history of abortion,current health status,housing conditions and workload change were significantly associated with the maternal parenting stress. Conclusions The maternal parenting stress of preschool children is influenced by varity of factors.The mother's physical and mental health can not be ignored.

    Objective To investigate the risk factors for children asthma in Baoji city. Method A two-stage stratified cluster random sampling survey methods was used to select 1 029 children under 14 years old from Jintai district,Weibin district and Chencang district in Baoji city for investigating on risk factors of children asthma,χ2 test and non-conditional Logistic Regression were used to analyse factors of asthma. Results Univariate analysis showed that the personal history of drug allergy,family history of allergies,cesarean section,room decoration,etc,27 factors at total were statistically significant (P<0.05);Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis presented that in the case of no cold or flu,children had sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching or eye itching phenomenon,and repeated skin itching or joint flexor side rash,allergic rhinitis,allergic symptoms or similar allergies after eating some foods,caesarean,plus protein food within six months,history of using antibiotics,room wall using paint,doors and windows were made from plastic steel,coolingwith natural ventilation in summer,feculae bombycis pillow were independent risk factors for asthma (P<0.05 );Heater useing in winter heating,ventilation or cooling using fans in summer and down duvets were protective factors of asthma (P<0.05). Conclusion There are many risk factors of childhood asthma,children with asthma should avoid exposuring to risk factors,breastfeed was recommended for infants under 6 months;It is great significance for the prevention and control of children asthma.

    Objective To examine the seasonality of congenital hypothyroidism (CH) incidence and it's correlation with ambient temperature in Anhui province. Method Retrospective study of CH disease in 2001~2012 to analyzed the correlation with temperature by using Spearman's correlation analysis. Results In the 690 cases of CH,it had 34.78% distribution in the warm season and the rest of 65.22% distribution in the cold season,CH incidence in cold season was higher than that in warm season.Consequently,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was a certain correlation between the monthly incidence rate and environmental temperature.In the meantime,correlation between male group were significantly higher than that of female patients. Conclusion The CH incidence has certain characteristics,which has relevant to the change of the temperature and the season.

    Obiective To establish hypoxia damage model of neural stem cells (NSCs) and investigate the protection of lithium on them through culture NSCs. Methods NSCs were cultured from neonatal mice,immunocytochemistry was used to examine the Nestin expression of NSC,the forth passage cells were divided into control,hypoxia and lithium groups,NSE and GFAP were used to evaluate cell differentiation,cck-8 was used to evaluate cell proliferation,and NSE and GFAP were used to evaluate cell differentiation. Result NSCs under hypoxia 95%N2,5%CO2 for 30 minutes could establish hypoxia damage model in vitro and certain concentration of lithium protected the damages. Conclusion Lithium can protect NSCs under hypoxia and may prevent NSCs against hypoxia injury.

    Objective Based on growing evidence linking autophagy to ischemic preconditioning,it was hypothesized that autophagy was necessary for neuroprotection conferred by hypoxic preconditioning and further aimed to test whether brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) protects against hypoxic neuronal damage by autophagy activation and the possible signaling pathway. Methods Primary cultured cortical neurons of pregnant rats were treated with oxygen deprivation (OD) for 0.5~6 h to mimic hypoxic injury in vivo.Neuronal autophagy was measured with expression of microtubule associated protein light chain 3(LC3),and the LC3II,p-Akt,p-mTOR,and p-p70S6K protein were detected by western-blot after treated with autophagy promotor rapamycin or autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine(3-MA). Results 1)Compared with the control group,cells treated with 50 μg/L BDNF had the highest cell viability.2)BDNF decreased the expression of P-Akt,p-mTOR,and p-p70S6K,and increased the expression of LC3II.Similar to the roles of rapamycin to the signals,BDNF-induced up-regulation of LC3II was inhibited by 3-MA. Conclusion BDNF protects cortical neurons against oxygen deprivation damage by autophagy via PI3K/Akt/mTOR/p70S6K signaling pathway.

    Objective To find out the present situation and the influencing factors of injuries among children in kindergartens of Xuzhou city and to provide the scientific basis for adopting the effective measure to prevention. Methods A cluster sampling study on the conditions of injuries on the base of children's understanding of the investigation by questionnaires was conducted prospectively among children of 4 kindergartens during 1 year.Data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 software. Results The overall incidence of injuries among preschool children in Xuzhou city was 15.07% with schoolboys higher than schoolgirls,which the annual overall incidence was 18.26% and 11.40% respectively.There was no difference of injuries types between schoolboys and schoolgirls.The influencing factors were associated with following aspects directly:sexuality,father's cultural degree,per capita income of the family and the children's character. Conclusion The comprehensive and secure measures should be adopted focusing on the influencing factors among preschool children to reduce the occurrence of injuries.

    Objective To investigate the high risk factors of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (RDS). Methods A retrospective data analysis method,893 cases of RDS infants were chosen in the neonatal intensive care unit in Bayi Hospital from January 2007 to October 2012.Depending on gestational age,they were divided into full-term children group (148 cases) and preterm children group(745 cases).Compared the gender,gestational age,birth weight,mode of delivery,asphyxia,placental problem,premature rupture of fetal membranes,intrauterine infection,meconium aspiration syndrome,maternal diabetes,maternal hypertension within the group and between groups,the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results Single factor analysis indicated that male,cesarean section,intrauterine infection,intrauterine distress were associated with RDS in full-term infants.Premature birth,premature rupture of membranes,maternal hypertension,asphyxia were risk factors of RDS in the preterm infants.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed high risk factors and the role of various factors in the RDS disease occur in the size were cesarean section> intrauterine infection> maternal hypertension> birth weight> maternal diabetes> birth asphyxia(OR was for 71.136,66.117,65.824,38.565,4.935,1.940 respectively). Conclusions Many high risk factors are associated with RDS,premature birth,cesarean delivery,intrauterine infection,birth asphyxia,maternal hypertension,maternal diabetes are closely associated with RDS.These clinical factors should be given more attention.

    Objective By analyzing 1 502 020 cases of perinatal birth defects,to understood the dynamic changes of the birth defects in Jilin Province from 2002 to 2011,and a better job of birth defects prevention and control work should be done.Method According to hospital-based monitory,perinatal infants aged from 28 weeks of gestation to 7 days after birth in Jilin province from 2002 to 2011 were monitored for birth defects. Results A total of 1 502 020 cases of perinatal were monitored,11 892 cases were found defects in children,the incidence of birth defects was 79.17/104.The main type of defect were congenital heart disease,total cleft lip,polydactyly,congenital hydrocephalus,neural tube defects.The incidences of birth defects in rural and urban areas were 70.01/104 and 89.72/104.The incidence of birth defects of the boys and girls were 84.89/104 and 71.04/104.The incidence of birth defects of the pregnant women aged less 20 years and over 35 years were the highest among all pregnant women.The incidence of congenital heart disease was 13.67/104 in 2011,up from 5.61/104 in 2002,and incidence of polydactyly was 11.69/104 in 2011,up from 5.75/104 in 2002,the incidence of neural tube defects had dropped to 3.47/104 in 2011 from 8.40/104 in 2002. Conclusions Neural tube defects and cleft lip incidence showed a decreasing trend,congenital heart disease and multi-finger (toe) the incidence showed an increasing trend from 2002 to 2011 in Jilin.The factors of birth defects and universal access to health education should be studied to reduce the level of incidence of birth defects,prenatal and postnatal care work.Three-level prevention system are effective preventions of birth defects.

    Objective To understand the incidence of birth defects,the major types and trends of birth defects in Hebei. Methods By using the retrospective analysis,1 202 291 birth defects monitoring data of perinatal fetus were analyzed,from 2001 to 2012 in Hebei Provence. Results 1)During past 12 years,the incidence of birth defects was on the increase,from 72.76/104 in 2001 to 103.44/104 in 2012,up by 42.17%.2)The orders of major birth defects were congenital heart disease,polydactylism,cleft lip with or without cleft palate,deformity of external ear,congenital hydrocephalus,and neural tube defects.3)There were differences between rural and urban areas,also existed differences between male and female (P<0.01).That male was significantly higher than female and urban areas was significantly higher than rural areas(all P<0.01).4)Birth defects were associated with the mother's age,the lowest incidence of birth defects was occurred in 25~30 years old. Conclusions The trend in the incidence of birth defects is rising up in these years,the low rate of pre-marital medical checks and prenatal screening,elderly and young pregnant woman and environmental factors are major reasons to lead rising up incidence of birth defects.

    Objective To learn the levels of prevalence of disease kinds the main birth defects in Sichuan province. Method According to national birth defect monitoring program,the data were collected from the hospitals monitoring the birth defects,in order to provide the basis for making more effective intervention measures. Results The first five main birth defects were external ear and other malformations(22.41/104),polydactyly (14.11/104),congenital heart diseases(8.81/104),cleft lip with cleft palate(7.86/104),cleft lip(5.12/104).The diagnosis of external ear and other malformations and polydactyly was 95% after delivery,and with live birth as major outcome;The proportion of the diagnosis after delivery of the other three defects was about 60%,these defects usually were with live birth as outcome too,but the proportion of dead fetus was more than 30%. Conclusions The prevalence of the above five main birth defects is at relatively high level,so etiology or family etc research is suggested to carry out,based on the monitoring data.The ability of hospital to screen and diagnose congenital heart diseases should be improved.

    Objective To understand the two-week prevalence rate of diarrhea among children under 5 years old in rural areas of Hubei province. Method A total of 2 330 children under 5 years old were investigated using cluster random sampling method in 8 cities(counties) in rural areas of Hubei. Results The two-week prevalence rate of diarrhea was 8.1% among children under 5 years old in rural areas of Hubei province.There was no significant difference between boys (8.2%) and girls (7.9%).The result showed that the two-week prevalence rate became lower with the increase of children's age overall.But the rate showed upgrade firstly than descending latter tendency.The two-week prevalence rate was lowest (2.2%) among children aged 46~59 months,while it was highest (13.8%) among those aged 6~11 months.The two weeks prevalence rates were highest among children from middle-income area,while it was lowest among those from high-income area,the rates were 13.5% and 4.6%,respectively.The results also showed that the two-week prevalence rates among those whose mothers aged >25 years old when they were borned were higher than those whose mothers aged ≤25 years old (10.4% vs 6.7%).Those children whose mothers with primary and secondary educational level had the highest rate of 11.9%,while those whose mother with junior high school education level had the lowest of 6.9%.The two-week prevalence rate was higher among children whose mothers worked outside the home when compared with those whose mothers didn't (9.9% vs 7.2%).Children with a family per capita income ≤3 000 yuan over the past year had the highest rate (11.7%),and those with a family per capita income >6 000 yuan had the lowest rate of 7.1%. Conclusions The two-week prevalence rate of diarrhea is high among children under 5 years old in rural areas of Hubei province.And the age of chlidren,age of the mother when the child was borned,mother's education and mothers work outside the home or not and family economics may be the influencing factors.

    Objective To explore the relation of serum activin A (ACT A) in neonatal brain damage and its clinical significance in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods Serum levels of ACT A were measured using ELISA in 61 term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and 25 normal term neonates.Meanwhile,The hyperbilirubinemia group was classified into three subgroups based on serum total serum bilirubin(TSB) levels in mild (221~256 μmol/L),moderate (257~342 μmol/L)and severe (>342 μmol/L).Serum TSB levels in the 25 normal neonates were less than 85 μmol/L (control group). Results ACT A levels in the mild,moderate and severe hyperbilirubinemia groups[(3.68±0.62),(4.32±0.53) and (5.12±0.71) μg/L,respectively] were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences among the three hyperbilirubinemia sub groups in serum ACT A levels (P<0.05).And it increased with the increase of bilirubin.Serum ACT A levels were positively correlated to the bilirubin(r=0.82,P<0.01). Conclusion Activin A levels is associated with bilurubin-induced brain damage and correlated to the level of serum bilirubin.

    Objective To explore effects of simple obesity on children's constitution and health status,provide theoretical basis for the prevention and early intervention in simple obesity. Methods Combined with requirements of "national student physical health standard" of the Ministry of Education and State Sports General Administration,according to Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL),constitution and health status of 103 cases simple obesity children and 102 cases normal children were comparative analysed. Results 1) The body shape indexes included body mass index,chest circumference,skinfold thickness in obese children were significantly higher than those in proportion group.2) Vital capacity body mass index of physiological in obesity group was lower than those in proportion group.3) In the physical quality target,standing long jump,solid ball,sit-and-reach and grip strength index of obesity group were lower than those in proportion group.Obesity group spent more time than proportion group on 25 m×2 shuttle run.4) Psychological quality and social adaptation ability of obesity group were lower than those of proportion group.5) Comprehensive evaluation of physique health indexes,the excellent and good rate and compliance rate of obesity group were 11.7% and 67.0%,proportion group were 59.8% and 91.2%. Conclusion Simple obesity significantly affects children physical shape,physiological function,physical,psychological quality and social adaptation ability,and it is harmful to the healthy growth of children,so medical and educational worker should pay close attention to it.

    Objetive To analyze the results of neonatal phenylketonuria(PKU) and congenital hypothyroidism(CH) screening of Sichuan province from 2000 to 2009 and provide scientific basis for health bureau to make decision. Methods The medical staff of blood collection units carried out health education of neonatal screening,collected,saved and delivered the newborn blood samples after parents informed consent;The medical staff of the neonatal screening center accepted the blood samples timely,detected the qualified samples for screening of PKU and CH,reviewed the suspicious or positive results,noticed the confirmed positive results. Results The neonatal screening rate and coverage rate were increased significantly year by year in Sichuan province from 2000 to 2009,the neonatal screening rate reached 67.50%,the coverage rate of city (state) reached 100%,the coverage rate of county (district) reached 87.29%,the coverage rate of blood collection units reached 90.98% in 2009;In total there were 1 721 340 newborns screened from 2000 to 2009,67 cases of PKU were identified with a detectable rate of 1∶25 692,699 cases of CH were identified with a detectable rate of 1∶2 573. Conclusions The work of neonatal PKU and CH screening in Sichuan province has achieved significant results in the past 10 years,it has showed obvious social benefits.The current rate of neonatal screening have room to improve further,screening work remained to be in-depth further.

    Objective To study the diagnosis value of ambulatory electroencephalogram (AEEG) and brain auditory evoked potential (BEAP) in newborns with hypoxic ischemic encelphalopathy(HIE). Methods A total of 47 newborns diagnosed hypoxic ischemic encelphalopathy from January 2011 to December 2012 in Shengjing hospital neonatal wards were selected as case group,while the jaundice newborns as control group.AEEG and BAEP examinations were conducted and then analyzed comparatively. Results All the newborns` AEEG in the case group were abnormal,the rate was 100%,of which 22 were mild,17 were moderate and 9 were serious.There was damatic difference between the two groups.And the BAEP abnormal rate was 55.3%,of which 21 were mild and 5 were moderate. Conclusion AEEG and BAEP are both noninvasive nerve electrophysiology examinations,and they are regarded as important methods for the early detection of brain and brainstem damage in newborns with HIE.

    Objective To study the clinical significance of detecting serum levels of IL-17,ECP and IgE in children with bronchial asthma(BA). Method The serum levels of IL-17,ECP and IgE were detected in 82 children with light-midrange asthma and compared with those of 20 healthy children in the healthy control group. Results The serum levels of IL-17,ECP and IgE in the BA group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group,there were significant differences(all P<0.01).The serum levels of ECP and IgE in the acute exacerbation group were significantly higher than those in the remission group(all P<0.01),and the serum level of IL-17 in the acute exacerbation group was mildly higher than that in the remission group,but there were no significant differences (P>0.05).The serum level of ECP was actively correlated with the serum levels of IgE in children with asthma(r=0.337,P<0.01).The serum level of IL-17 was no actively correlated with the serum level of ECP and IgE.But the serum levels of IL-17 was actively correlated with the serum level of ECP and IgE in the acute exacerbation group(r=0.314 and 0.325,P<0.05). Conclusions IL-17,as a complicated cytokine,is possibly involved in eosinophilic inflammation mediating asthma.Detecting the change of the serum level of ECP and IgE is of very important clinical value in detection and treatment of pathogenetic inflammation for children with bronchial asthma.

    Objective To understand the allergy in asthmatic children of Zhoushan islands. Method A total of 246 children with asthma were tested for total IgE and 14 kinds of specific-IgE in serum by enzyme-linked immune assay(ELISA). Results Allergens were confirmed in 76.42%(188/246) of serum speciments,51.21%(126 /246)of them had at least 2 allergens,25.20%(62/246) had a single allergent.Among the children with inhaled allergens,most were caused by mite allergen,which was followed by house dust; seefood and beans were major sources for ingested allergens.Infants were more likely to be affected by ingested allergens while school-age children were majorly affected by inhaled allergens. Conclusion Allergens in the Zhoushan region mainly originate from mite,house dust and seefood.Most children with asthma are related to allergens,and allergens are related to age.

    Objective To investigate the efficacy of early use of Curosurf in prevention neonatal respiratory disease syndrome of premature (NRDS). Methods Sixty-five premature infants,whose gestational age of 27~32 weeks,and birth weight of 900~1 500 g,were randomly allocated to treated group and control group.30 neonates of treated group were dripped in with Curosurf through trachea within 2 hours of life (100~200 mg/kg) and 35 of control group without.It was same integrated therapy procedure to both treated group and control group.The incident of NRDS,the rate and period of mechanical ventilation dependence,the degree of chest X-rag,the levels of blood gas analysis were compared in two groups. Results The incident of NRDS,the rate and period of mechanical ventilation dependence,the degree of chest X-rag were less in treated group than in control group.The levels of blood gas analysis were better in treated group than those in control group. Conclusion Prophylactic administration of Curosurf to the premature with high risk of NRDS can decrease the incident of NRDS,development of severe cases,shorten the disease course,reduce early and late complications.

    Objective To study the effect of the creatine phosphate in the treatment of severe neonatal asphyxia with myocardial damage. Methods A total of 68 cases of neonatal asphyxia newborns with severe myocardial damage were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group,the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the treatment group were treated by creatine phosphate except conventional therapy.After treatment for 7 d,the myocardial enzymes changes were compared before and after treatment of the two groups of newborns,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups of newborns. Results With creatine phosphate treatment,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group (79.41%) was significantly better than the control group (50%),and the treatment group's creatine kinase (CK:121.2±64.3),creatine kinase co-workers enzyme (CK-MB:22.4±11.3),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH:102.2±45.3),hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH:146.2±102.4),aspartate aminotransferase (AST:30.2±10.2) were less than control group. Conclusion In the treatment of severe neonatal asphyxia with myocardial damage,basic conventional treatment and phosphocreatine help improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of myocardial enzymes as soon as possible and worthy of clinical application.

    Objective To explore the intellectual development and its influential factors of 1~2 years old children in Wuhan and to provide theoretical evidences for promoting their levels of intellectual development. Methods The intelligence of all 1~2 years old children were tested who did the health check-up in Wuhan Maternal and Child Health Care Center from July 2011 to July 2012 according to the children aged 0~6 years old neuropsychological development diagnosis scale.And the questionnaire survey was used to find out the related factors. Results There were 546 boys and 376 girls among the 922 children.The number of the 12~13 months old group was the biggest (288,31.24%).And most of them lived in Jiang'an district (390,42.30%).The average developmental quotient of the children was 85.42±9.46,and most of the evaluation of the developmental quotient were at the normal(50.00%)and low (41.00%) level.The fine motor zone was mostly at a low level among the five functional zones (50.54%).The male gender of children,the low educational level of mothers and having apnea at birth were the correlated risk factors of the qualified developmental quotient. Conclusions The levels of intellectual development of 1~2 years old children in Euhan city are well-developed in the aspect of large motor and cognitive,and needs to be strengthened in the aspect of fine motor,language and social behavior.It will comprehensively improve the level of intellectual development of children through promoting the eugenics,enhancing the intervention of asphyxia children after born.

    Objective To understand the development of high school students smoking status in Shiyan city and the cognitive status of the dangers of smoking,and discuss the influence factors of smoking behavior,and then provide the scientific basis for controlling smoking and health education. Method By using stratified random sampling method,adopting questionnaire which was designed by ourselves was applied to 1 632 students in 14 middle school for smoking condition investigation in Shiyan city. Results The survey objects of try smoking was 30.13%,boy 45.24%,girl 14.03%;The difference of smoking severity between junior high school students and high school students was not statistically significant;the main cause was to start smoking the curious,environmental impact;high school students knew fully the danger of smoking;Most students who smoking thought that the smoker can quit smoking. Conclusion Shiyan city high school students smoking phenomenon is common,crowd around smoking behavior have great influence for middle school students,the comprehensive measures such as early intervention,developing health education and so on should be taken to make high school students cultivate their good habit,resist to tobacco firmly and then reduce the smoking rate.
