国家的治理体系和治理能力与国家的历史传承和文化传统密切相关。古代思想政治教育是中国古代社会治理的一种方式,而仪式是思想政治教育的载体,在古代社会治理中具有独特功能。面对当前思想政治教育仪式中的历史虚无主义、文化虚无主义以及形式主义等阻碍治理效能发挥的问题,古代仪式的治理实践蕴含着解决这一问题的经验智慧。因此,在厘清古代仪式内涵,总结古代仪式具有等级严明的仪式秩序、权力公开的仪式象征、意识形态的仪式表达三种特征的基础上,论述古代思想政治教育何以通过政治仪式、文化仪式、德育仪式分别进行政治治理、文化治理及道德治理,并从仪式具有强化社会认同、激发情感共鸣以及维护社会秩序三个方面的功能中提炼出当代启示,以期为深入挖掘中国古代思想政治教育资源和古代治国理政智慧提供新视域。
Abstract
A nation's governance system and capacity are closelyrelated to its historical heritage and cultural traditions.Ideological and political education served as a means of social governance in ancient China,with rituals acting as its vehicle, playing a unique role in ancient social governance.Faced with problems in current ideological and political education rituals-suchas historical nihilism,cultural nihilism,and formalism-that hinder the exertion of governance effectiveness,the governance practice of ancient rituals contains empirical wisdom to address this issue.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of ancient rituals and summarizing their three characteristicsincluding the hierarchical ritual order,the ritual symbol of public power,andthe ritual expression of ideology,this paper discusses how ancient ideologicaland political education achieved political governance,cultural governance,andmoral governance through political rituals,cultural rituals,and moral education rituals respectively.Furthermore,it extracts contemporary implications fromthree aspects including strengthening social identity,evoking emotional resonance and maintaining social order,aiming to provide a new perspective for in-depth exploration of the resources of ancient Chinese ideological and political education and the wisdom of ancient governance.
