珍合灵浸膏对小鼠中枢抑制作用和抗缺氧作用

Effects of zhenheling on central inhibition and antihypoxic in mice

摘要: 目的 观察珍合灵浸膏对小鼠中枢的抑制作用和抗缺氧作用。方法 昆明种小鼠,随机分为4组,雌雄各半,分别为生理盐水对照组、阳性对照组,珍合灵大剂量组(6 g·kg-1)和小剂量组(2 g·kg-1)。各组动物实验前连续用上述药物灌胃7 ~ 10 d,于实验当天给药30 ~ 60 min 后,分别进行小鼠自发活动、戊巴比妥钠致小鼠入睡作用、抗印防己毒素致小鼠惊厥和小鼠耐常压缺氧实验,观察药物作用。结果 大、小剂量珍合灵浸膏可显著增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的致小鼠睡眠作用;提高小鼠印防己毒素CD50值,提高百分率分别为8 .89%和30 .45%;增加小鼠因缺氧而死亡的时间。大剂量珍合灵浸膏能明显抑制小鼠自发活动。结论 珍合灵浸膏具有明显的镇静、催眠、抗惊厥作用和抗缺氧的能力。

Abstract: AIM: To investigate the central inhibition and antihypoxic effect of zhenheling in mice.METHODS: Kunming mice were divided into 4 groups.The negative control grouPwas treated with normal saline ;thePositive control grouPwas treated with either gastrodia elata or ginseng ;the two treated groups were treated with zhenheling 6 and 2 g·kg-1,respectively.After oral administration of the drugs mentioned above for 7 -10 days,the animals were tested for the effects of zhenheling onPentobarbital-induced sleep,spontaneous activity,picrotoxin-induced convulsion and hypoxia tolerance.RESULTS: Zhenheling at either dose could increase the numbers of animals ofPentobarbital-induced sleep,and enhance the CD50 values ofPicrotoxin-induced convulsion.Zhenheling atlarge dose could inhibit the spontaneous activity.CONCLUSION: Zhenheling shows marked sedative,hypnotic,anticonvulsive and antihypoxic effects.
