魔芋葡甘聚糖对动脉粥样硬化家兔血清一氧化氮、血浆内皮素和脂质过氧化物的影响1

Effects of glucomanan on nitric oxide, endothelin and lipid peroxidation in atheroscierotic rabbits

摘要: 目的 观察魔芋葡甘聚糖预防用药对动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔血清一氧化氮(NO),血浆内皮素(ET)、脂质过氧化物(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法 采用高胆固醇饲料喂饲另加牛血清白蛋白一次注射方法,建立家兔AS 模型,随机分为对照组(n=8),模型组(n=8)和魔芋葡甘聚糖用药组(n=8),各组在实验第8 周取血清标本测定血清NO,血浆ET 、MDA 和SOD 。结果 与模型组比较,魔芋葡甘聚糖预防用药8 周,能提高NO 和SOD 活性(P <0.01),降低ET 和MDA 含量(P <0.01)。结论 魔芋葡甘聚糖具有抗氧化、保护内皮功能和维持NO/ET 平衡的作用。

Abstract: AIM: To observe the effects of glucomannan on nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET),lipid peroxide and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in experimental atherosclerotic rabbits.METHODS: An atherosclerotic rabbit model was established by feeding high cholesterol diet supplemented by bovine serum albumin injection bolus.The rabbits were randomly divided into the control,model,and glucomanan treatment group.Blood samples were collected 8 weeks after the treatment.RESULTS: After glucomanan administration for 8 wk,the NO and activity of SOD increased in comparison with model group(p<0.01),while MDA and ET decreased(p<0.01).CONCLUSION: Glucomanan has the effects of antioxidation,preserving endothelial function,and maintaining the balance of NO/ET.
