高密度、阵列式的表面肌电技术对脑性瘫痪的侧弯反射检测研究

Research on the effective of high density array type of surface EMG technique to detect the lateral bending reflex for children with cerebral palsy

摘要: 目的: 侧弯反射是脑性瘫痪儿童神经行为检测的一个重要指标,其阳性率与临床医生的经验有关。缺乏科学,简单的监测手段。方法: 本研究采用阵列式高密度的表面肌电技术,对24例侧弯反射阳性的脑性瘫痪儿童,30名侧弯反射阴性的正常儿童(经两名副主任以上医师独立鉴定)进行侧弯反射测定,探讨其临床应用的价值。结果: 阳性组24例脑性瘫痪儿童的侧弯反射的强度MMAV(侧弯反射阳性检测的量化指标)为(48.9±17.4) mV,阴性组MMAV为(3.1±1.2) mV,两组差别有统计学意义(t=11.750, P<0.01)。结论: 采用表面肌电检测技术测试侧弯反射,不仅可以定性,而且可以定量,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: AIM: Although lateral bending reflex is important nerve behavior detection for children with cerebral palsy, the positive rate of it is concerned with the experience of the clinician; a new simple monitoring method is need. METHODS: 24 children with cerebral palsy and positive of lateral bending reflection were enrolled as positive group, 30 normal children with negative of lateral bending reflex were arranged as negative group (which were conformed by the deputy director of two or more physicians independent identification).The strength of lateral bending reflection in two groups was measured by a high density array type of surface EMG technique. RESULTS: The MMAV (quantitative strength indicators of lateral bending reflex) in the positive group (48.9±17.4) mV was significantly highly than that of in the negative group (3.1±1.2) mV (t=11.750, P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The condition of lateral bending reflection can be tested qualitatively and quantitatively by surface electromyography, it is worthy of clinical application.
