摘要/Abstract

摘要： 糖皮质激素是目前应用最广泛的药品之一,胃肠道并发症是糖皮质激素的一种严重不良反应。人们对于糖皮质激素引起的胃肠道并发症的认识一直存在着差异。本文就糖皮质激素引起的胃肠道并发症的发生率、因果关系、危险因素和预防措施进行综述。

关键词: 糖皮质激素, 不良反应, 溃疡

Abstract: Glucocorticoid is one of the most widely used drugs.Gastrointestinal complications is a serious adverse reaction of glucocorticoids. There is a discrepancy among physicians on the glucocorticoid-induced gastrointestinal complications. This article reviews the relationship, incidence, risk factors, prophylactic treatment of glucocorticoid induced gastrointestinal complications.
