雾化吸入高渗盐水辅助治疗婴儿重症肺炎疗效观察

Effects of aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline on severe pneumonia in children

摘要: 目的: 观察高渗盐水雾化吸入辅助治疗婴儿重症肺炎的疗效。方法: 重症肺炎患儿(< 1岁)随机分为研究组(n=43)和对照组(n=47),在相同综合治疗基础上,研究组雾化吸入高渗盐水(4.3% NaCl)和布地奈德 0.5 mg,对照组雾化吸入生理盐水(0.9% NaCl)和布地奈德 0.5 mg,3次/d。比较两组患者症状与体征消失天数及住院费用。结果: 与对照组相比,研究组患者使用持续正压通气时间明显减少,咳嗽消失时间缩短,吸气性三凹征消失时间减少,医疗费用减少(P<0.05);而呼吸频率恢复正常时间、啰音消失时间、入住时间无统计学差异。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论: 高渗盐水辅助治疗婴儿重症肺炎疗效确切,有一定临床推广应用价值。

Abstract: AIM: To observe the efficacy of aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline on severe pneumonia in children.METHODS: Patients with severe pneumonia in the pediatric intensive care unit were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. With the same comprehensive treatment, the patients in the experiment group were treated with aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline (4.3% NaCl) and budesonide 0.5 mg; while the patients in the control group were treated with aerosol inhalation of physiological saline (0.9% NaCl) and budesonide 0.5 mg. The time of symptoms and signs disappeared days and costs for hospitalization were observed.RESULTS: Compared with control group, the duration of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), cough and breath retraction were reduced, and the costs of hospitalization were also decreased(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The better efficacy is achieved by treated with hypertonic saline in children with severe pneumonia. This strategy is worthy of clinical application.
