摘要/Abstract

摘要： 神经发育障碍(NDDs)儿童合并睡眠障碍发生率高,其病程长短不一,治疗难度及复发率各方面均明显高于正常儿童。睡眠异常对神经发育行为障碍儿童在认知、情绪、社会发展和行为表现等多领域的损害也更为显著,甚至会严重影响家人的睡眠质量和生活质量。本文介绍NDDs儿童共患睡眠障碍的病因和危险因素及其相应的临床症状、评估手段以及干预办法,以期提高临床医师其对NDDs儿童睡眠障碍的早期识别及干预水平。通过改善睡眠质量来提高NDDs儿童的日间社会功能水平和康复治疗效果,并改善其家人的睡眠质量和生活质量。

Abstract: In children with neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs),sleep disorders was prevalent and with vary duration,and treatment difficulty and recurrence rate were significantly higher than that of normal children.In addition,sleep abnormalities also contributed significantly to cognitive,emotional,social development and behavior in these children with NDDs and can even seriously affect the quality of sleep and quality of life of their family.This article introduces the etiology and risk factors of sleep disorders in children with NDDs and clinical symptoms,the corresponding evaluation method and the intervention measures,in order to improve early identification and intervention level of the clinician to sleep disorders in NDDs children, By improving the quality of sleep,the daily social function and rehabilitation effect of NDDs children were improved,and the sleep quality and life quality of their families were also become better.
