摘要：

目的: 研究椎体骨折患者行椎体成形术联合补肾补血中药复方治疗对术后炎性因子及再骨折的影响。方法: 选取2013年4月至2016年5月椎体骨折行椎体成形术治疗患者96例，随机分为研究组（联合补肾补血中药复方）与对照组，各48例。通过比较两组患者治疗后TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平及腰椎胸椎骨密度、随访期间再骨折、疼痛、肿胀等情况评价临床治疗效果。结果: 治疗后，研究组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平明显低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.01）；疼痛、肿胀及Barthel指数（Barthel index,BI）均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；腰椎骨密度、胸椎骨密度均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后12个月随访期间研究组再骨折发生率明显低于对照组，而治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论: 椎体成形术联合补肾补血中药复方治疗椎体骨折患者能够有效抑制术后炎性反应，缓解疼痛、肿胀，提高患者椎体骨密度，降低再骨折风险，改善患者生活质量与治疗效果。

Abstract:

AIM: To study the effect of vertebralplasty combined with Bushen Buxue Recipe on postoperative inflammatory factors and re-fracture in patients with vertebral fracture. METHODS: From April 2013 to May 2016, 96 patients with vertebral fracture treated with vertebroplasty were selected and randomly divided into study group (combined with the Chinese herbal compound of tonifying kidney and blood) and control group, 48 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, lumbar vertebrae and thoracic vertebrae bone mineral density, re-fracture rate, pain and swelling and so on after treatment in two groups. RESULTS:After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01); the pain, swelling and Barthel index (BI) were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); lumbar vertebrae bone density and thoracic vertebrae bone density were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of re-fracture was significantly higher in the study group during the 12-month follow-up period. The lower than the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION:Vertebral fracture patients treated with vertebroplasty combined with Chinese herbal compound of tonifying kidney and blood can effectively inhibit postoperative inflammatory response, relieve pain and swelling, improve bone mineral density, reduce the risk of fracture and improve the quality of life and efficacy.
