低剂量巴氯芬辅助治疗对三叉神经痛患者的疗效及对炎症因子、氧化应激反应的影响

Effects of low-dose baclofen adjuvant therapy on patients with trigeminal neuralgia and its effects on inflammatory factors and oxidative stress

摘要: 目的:研究低剂量巴氯芬辅助治疗对三叉神经痛患者的疗效及对炎症因子、氧化应激反应的影响。方法:选择2017年1月到2019年1月在温州医科大学附属第一医院接受治疗的三叉神经痛患者112例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=56)和对照组(n=56)。对照组使用奥卡西平进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采用低剂量巴氯芬辅助治疗,比较两组患者的临床总有效率、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)以及不良反应发生率水平。结果:试验组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的TNF-α、IL-6水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组患者的TNF-α、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的MDA水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组患者的MDA水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:低剂量巴氯芬辅助治疗对三叉神经痛患者具有较好的临床疗效,能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善患者炎症反应及氧化应激反应。

Abstract: AIM: To study the effect of low-dose baclofen on inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in patients with trigeminal neuralgia. METHODS: A total of 112 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from Jan. 2017 to Jan. 2019 were selected as the subjects; they were divided into test group (n=56) and control group (n=56) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine, while the test group was treated with low-dose baclofen on the basis of the control group; the clinical total effective rate, visual analogue scale (VAS), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. RESULTS:The clinical total effective rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the VAS score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the levels of MDA in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), SOD and GSH-Px were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of MDA in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION:Low-dose baclofen adjuvant therapy has good clinical efficacy for patients with trigeminal neuralgia, which can effectively relieve pain, reduce inflammation and oxidative stress.
