汉防已甲素对大鼠急性缺血性肾衰的保护作用

Protective effects of tetrandine on acute ischemic renal failure in rats

摘要: 目的 研究汉防已甲素对急性缺血性肾衰的保护作用。方法 术前3d开始每天1次及术前lh ig 汉防已甲素20mg/kg、40 mg/kg。然后制作大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注致急性缺血性肾衰模型, 测定肾 组织中MDA、SOD、Na+, K*-ATP酶含量及切片观察肾脏形态。结果 缺血 60min再灌注20min后肾组织中MDA明显升高, SOD、Na+、K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP峰均显 著降低。用药组MDA显著下降, SOD和ATP酶均明显升高。病理结果提示再灌注组肾小管上皮 明显变性, 而用药组损害明显减轻。结论 汉防已甲素对急性缺血性肾衰有一定的保护作用。

Abstract: Aim To study the protective effects of tetrandine (Tet) on acute ischemic renal failure in rats. Methods Tet 20mg/kg, 40mg/kg once daily, for three days and one hour before operation was administered orally to rars. The models of renal ischemia and reperfusion in rats were built. The malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), Na+, K+-ATP ase and Ca2+-ATPase of renal tissue were determined and the histopathological structure of kidneys was obseved. Results In the reperfusion group, the level of MDA was increased and the levels of SOD, Na+, K+-ATP ase and Ca2+-ATP ase were decreased significantly. In the Tet group the level of MDA was decreased and the levels of SOD, Na+, K+-ATP ase and Ca2+-ATP ase were increased significantly. The wide denatufcition of epithelial cell of uriniferous xubules was observed by light microscope in the reperfusion group but little in the Tet group. Conclusion Tet has protective effects on acute ischemic renal failure in rats.
