落地生根对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of air plant on lymphocyte proliferation, IL-2 production and bone marrow proliferation in mice

摘要: 目的: 探讨中药落地生根对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法: 用落地生根水浸出液给小鼠灌胃, 检测小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和IL-2 的产生及骨髓细胞的增殖反应。结果: 高剂量落地生根( 8 mg·kg-1, ig), 能显著增强脾淋巴细胞增殖反应, 与生理盐水对照组比较有非常显著性差异( P <0. 01); 对细胞因子IL-2 的产生也有促进作用, 与生理盐水对照组比较有显著性差异( P <0. 05) 。但对骨髓细胞增殖无明显影响, 低剂量落地生根( 5 g·kg-1, ig) 对以上指标均无明显影响。结论: 落地生根可以增强小鼠的免疫功能。

Abstract: AIM: To study the immune function of air plant in mice. METHODS: 80 % and 50 % ( water extract of air plant were given to mice ( ig ), and the spleen lymphocyte proliferation, IL-2 production and bone marrow proliferation were observed. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the lymphocyte proliferation increased significantly in air plant group ( 8 g·kg-1, ig ) ( P <0. 01), and IL-2 production increased obviously ( P <0. 05). There were not obvious effects on the proliferation of bone marrow. Low dose ( 5 g·kg-1, ig ) of air plant did not show such effects. CONCLUSION: Air plant can enhance immune function in mice.
