摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的评估人工肝支持系统(ALSS)治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组32 例和对照组38例,两组均按重型肝炎常规综合治疗,治疗组同时给予ALSS 治疗。结果 ALSS 治疗后,重型肝炎患者症状明显改善,肝功能等明显好转。治疗组好转率46.9%,对照组为23.2%;两组差异有显著性(P <0.05)。重型肝炎早、中、晚期应用ALSS 治疗,好转率分别为80.0%、50.0%和10%。结论 ALSS 治疗重型肝炎疗效肯定,宜在早、中期进行。

Abstract: AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of artificial liver support system(ALSS)in the treatment of severe hepatitis.METHODS: Seventy patients with severe hepatitis were enrolled in two groups:treatment group(n=32)given ALSS combined with a routine treatment,and control group(n=38)only given the routine treatment.RESULTS: The liver functions of patients in treatment groupwere significantly improved after ALSS therapy.The total clinical efficacy rates in treatment groupand control groupwere 46.9% and 23.2%,respectively(p<0.05).The efficacy rates of patients receiving ALSS therapy in early,middle and late stage were 80.0%,50.0% and 10.0% respectively.CONCLUSION: ALSS is effective in treatment of severe hepatitis,especially in early and middle stage.
