摘要: 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病的一种严重的微血管并发症,是目前引起糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。其发病机理至今未明,由于血糖升高是糖尿病的主要临床表现,因此高血糖与糖尿病肾病的关系引起了广泛的重视。近年的研究资料表明,高血糖既可直接对肾脏组织造成损害,又可通过促进非酶促糖基反应、活化多元醇代谢途径、增加氧化应激、降低基质蛋白的降解等途径,使肾组织受损,最终导致DN 的形成。

Abstract: Diabetic nephropathy is a sever microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus.Through the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is unclear,the main manifestation of diabetes mellitus is the high level of blood glucose,andmore attention is paid to the relationshipbetween high glucose and diabetic nephropathy.It has been found in recent years that the tissues of kidney can be injured directly by high glucose,and also by producing over advanced glycation endproducts which activate the polyol pathway,increasing oxidative stress,and decreasing the activation of matrix matallo-proteinases.
