抗乙型肝炎病毒基因治疗的若干进展

Recent advances in genetic therapy for anti-hepatitis B virus

摘要: 随着分子生物学特别是基因工程技术的发展,抗乙型肝炎病毒基因治疗有较深入的研究,利用基因重组、转基因及反义核酸等技术,在细胞水平或通过动物实验阶段的研究,基因有关治疗在抗乙肝病毒、抑制乙肝病毒复制中的作用已被证实。本文对转基因干扰素、DNA 疫苗(DNA 免疫)、反义寡核苷酸、三螺旋形成寡核苷酸(反基因寡核苷酸)、核酶有关抗乙型肝炎病毒基因治疗的研究进行综述。

Abstract: With the development of molecular biology,especially gene engineering technique,genetic therapy for anti-hepatitis B virus was deeply researched.Employing techniques of gene recombinant,transgene,and anti-sense nucleic acid etc,the function of genetic therapy for anti-hepatitis B virus was verified in cellular level or through animal experiment.In this article,studies on gene trangenically IFN,DNA vaccine(DNA immunization),antisense oligodeoxynucleotide(ONas),triple helix forming oligodeoxynucleotide(TFO),anti-gene oligodeoxynucleotide(ONan),ribozyme were reviewed.
