摘要: 肠道与肾脏存在形态及功能上相似的多种转运系统, 如肽转运系统、有机阴离子转运系统、有机阳离子转运系统、P 糖蛋白介导的转运系统, 且这些转运系统均不同程度地参与β-内酰胺抗生素转运过程, 提示某些肾脏转运抑制剂可能影响肠道药物吸收。

Abstract: Some transport systems are found both in intestine and kidney with functional and morphological similarities, such as peptide transport system, organic anion transport system, organic cation transport system, and P-glycoprotein-mediated transport system.All these transport systems participate in the transporting process of β- lactam antibiotics in different extent.It suggests that inhibitors of renal transport may also affect the drug absorption of the intestine.
