Abstract: Pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modelling plays more and more important role in the study of pharmacology. This paper recommends some new research progress including PK models, PD models, four basic attributes of PK/PD model,population PK/PD mod-el, physiological PK/PD model, and some questions about utilization of Sheiner effect compartment model.
