胃泌素促进大肠癌细胞增殖信号转导通路的研究进展

Progress of signal transduction pathway of gastrin stimulating proliferation of colorectal carcinoma cells

摘要: 近年来研究证实, 大肠癌组织或细胞株中有胃泌素及其受体的表达, 胃泌素通过其受体介导细胞内一系列信号转导通路促进大肠癌细胞的增殖,抑制癌细胞的凋亡, 从而促进大肠癌细胞的浸润和转移。抑制胃泌素活性异常增高的信号转导通路可能为大肠癌的预防和治疗提供一个新的有效的切入途径。但其具体的信号转导通路尚不十分清楚, 有待进一步研究。

关键词: 胃泌素, 信号转导通路, 大肠癌

Abstract: Recent studies indicate that there are expressions of gastrin and its receptors in the tissue and cell line of colorectal cancer. Gastrin stimulates the proliferation of colorectal carcinoma as well as inhibits the apoptosis of colorectal carcinoma so as to promote the growth and invasion of colorectal carcinoma via a series of signal transduction pathways induced by its specific receptors. To inhibit the abnormally active signal transduction pathways that stimulate the proliferation of colorectal carcinoma will provide a new effective measure for the prevention and management of colorectal carcinoma. But the accurate signal transductions are not clear and need further research.
