摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨辛伐他汀联用氢氯吡格雷对急性冠脉综合症患者超敏C反应蛋白及血脂的影响。方法:67例急性冠脉综合症患者被分成观察组(35例)和对照组(32例),观察组采用辛伐他汀联用氢氯吡格雷治疗,对照组采用常规治疗;治疗6周后观察两组患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白和血脂含量的变化。结果:观察组患者治疗后6周血清超敏C反应蛋白和血脂水平均显著下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论:辛伐他汀联合氢氯吡格雷应用于急性冠脉综合症患者,能更有效地降低血清超敏C反应蛋白和血脂水平,有利于患者康复。

Abstract: AIM: To explore the effects of simvastatin and clopidogrel on high sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood lipids in patients with acute coronary syndrome. METHODS: 67 cases with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into intervention group (35 cases) and control group (32 cases).Two groups received the same conventional treatment, in addition, the intervention group was treated with simvastatin and clopidogrel, the levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood lipids were detected before and six week after treatment. RESULTS: The high sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood lipids levels of patients were significantly decreased in intervention group, compared with control group (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION: Treatment with simvastatin and clopidogrel not only decreases the blood lipids levels but also has the best effects on lowering high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
