普适泰片对SD大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎作用的研究

Study of Prostat on SD rat with nonbacterial chronic prostatitis

摘要: 目的: 观察普适泰片对两种慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效,探讨其作用机理。方法: 制作慢性自体免疫性前列腺炎模型和慢性化学性(角叉菜胶)前列腺炎模型,分别采用阳性药普适泰片模拟临床途径灌胃给药,观察普适泰片对两种模型的疗效。观察雄鼠前列腺、睾丸和附睾等脏器的组织学变化,检测精子活力、血液学、血清生化、激素以及前列腺特异抗原等指标。结果: 普适泰片对免疫模型的作用表现在显著升高血清中的Ca2+水平和睾酮(T)水平(P<0.05);对化学模型的作用表现在用药后白细胞计数显著下降(P<0.05);对两种模型中前列腺的组织病理学改变都显示出充血水肿减轻。结论: 普适泰片对两种慢性前列腺炎均有效,但作用机制不同。对免疫模型是通过升高Ca2+ 和睾酮(T)的水平,对化学性模型是通过减少白细胞计数而发挥作用。

Abstract: AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Prostat on two kinds of nonbacterial chronic prostatitis.METHODS: Two kinds of non-bacterial chronic prostatitis models, including chemical and autoimmunity, were established by injecting carrageenan into the rat's prostate and intracutaneous injection protein respectively. The two models were respectively treated with Prostat consistent with clinical way, observed histopathology changes of prostate gland, testicle and epididymis, and sperm activity, hematology, blood serum biochemistry, hormone and prostate gland special antigen were detected.RESULTS: Compared with control group, the levels of serum Ca2+ and testosterone (T) in autoimmunity model after treated with Prostat were significant increased (P<0.05), and there were significant decreased (P<0.05) in white blood-cell count in the chemical model group after treated with Prostat. The histopathology changes of prostate in two models showed that congestion and edema reduced obviously.CONCLUSION: Prostat has an effect on the two models of nonbacterial chronic prostatitis, and the mechanism is different.
