宾赛克嗪对灭多威诱发循环衰竭的治疗作用

Therapeutic effects of benthiacthiactzine against circulatory failure induced by methomyl

摘要: 目的: 评价宾赛克嗪对灭多威所致循环衰竭的治疗作用。方法: 采用腹腔注射灭多威累积染毒,达到循环衰竭标准后,采用肌肉注射给予不同剂量的宾赛克嗪和对照药阿托品治疗,观察循环衰竭前后外周血压、心功能和心电图的变化。结果: 灭多威所致大鼠循环衰竭时,与染毒前相比,外周血压、心率和反映心脏收缩功能的指标均显著降低(P<0.01),反映心脏舒张功能的指标显著升高(P<0.01),心电图表现为心动过缓、结性心律、P-R间期改变等。与循环衰竭时相比,给予宾赛克嗪 0.25~1.0 mg/kg 或阿托品 1.0 mg/kg 治疗后,在 1 min 内外周血压升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),在观察的 60 min 内外周血压维持平稳;在 0.5~2 min 内血流动力学参数各指标均脱离循环衰竭水平(P<0.05,P<0.01);在 1 min 内心电图显著改善,在 3 min 内基本恢复正常。结论: 新型抗毒剂宾赛克嗪具有速效和强效救治灭多威染毒诱发循环衰竭的作用。

Abstract: AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effects of benthiactzine against circulatory failure induced by methomyl in rats. METHODS: Thirty-six healthy SD male rats, were divided into four groups randomly: methomyl poisoning rats treated with benthiactzine or atropine by i.m.Rats were treated with methomyl (i.p) to induce circulatory failure in which the mean blood pressure (MBP) dropped to 40-45 mm Hg as an index, then treated with benthiactzine or atropine. The changes of peripheral blood pressure,cardiac function and Electrocardiographic were observed before and circulatory failure. RESULTS: In circulatory failure rats induced by methomyl, the peripheral blood pressure, HR, and cardiac systolic function parameters were decreased significantly (P<0.01), while cardiac diastolic function parameters were increased dramatically (P<0.01). The electrocardiogram of circulatory failure rats showed bradycardia, nodal rhythm and sharp T wave. After treated with benthiactzine 0.25-1.0 mg/kg or atropine 1.0 mg/kg, the peripheral blood pressure was increased markedly in 1 min (P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively) and remained stable during 60 minutes experimental period. After treated 0.5-2 min, all hemodynamic parameters were improved significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01). The electrocardiogram was ameliorated in 1 min and restored to normal level in 3 min.CONCLUSION: Treated with benthiactzine, methomyl poisoning rats can get away from circulatory failure in a short time. Benthiactzine can be a favourable medicine against circulatory failure induced by methomyl.
