摘要: 组胺是机体重要的自体活性物质之一,经其各型受体介导参与多种生理病理过程。随着人类基因组计划及国际人类单体型图项目的完成,组胺相关基因多态性与疾病的关联性研究日渐成为国内外学者研究热点。本文就目前国内外关于组胺相关基因多态性研究现状进行了综述,以期为后续研究组胺相关基因与疾病的关联性提供较为系统的文献基础。

关键词: 组胺, 组氨酸脱羧酶基因, 组胺N-甲基转移酶基因, 二胺氧化酶基因, 组胺受体

Abstract: Histamine, one of the essential active substances of the autologous, which involves in the physiological and pathological procedures by every receptor.Along with the completion of the HGP project and the human haplotype diagram, the genic polymorphism and the correlation of the disease concerned with the histamine becomes a hot subject in both domestic and international academy. This article summarizes the present study of the histamine with its relative genic polymorphism, aiming to provide a systematic and fundamental document for the follow-up research of Histamine.
