摘要： 乙型肝炎病毒在体内持续存在的机制复杂,其中机体细胞免疫功能低下是病毒不能有效清除的重要原因。树突状细胞在清除病毒及肿瘤免疫中发挥激活特异性免疫的效应。浆细胞样树突状细胞(pDCs)是树突状细胞的一个亚型,它是体内产生IFN-α的最主要细胞,并放大对病原体的免疫杀伤效应,从而在抗病毒过程中起重要作用。在慢性乙肝患者外周血中pDCs的功能和数量都有所降低,可能与慢性乙型肝炎病毒不能有效清除有关。本文简述了pDCs基本功能及可能参与慢性乙型肝炎的有关机制。

Abstract: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) cannot be effectively cleared in patients with chronic HBV infection, which involves complex mechanisms. The immunosuppression is a very important reason. Dendritic cells play a central role in antigen presentation and activating specific immunity. Many studies have shown that dendritic cells cleared of the virus and defended against tumor through activation of adaptive immune responses. Plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), a subtype of dendritic cells, plays an important role in the process of anti-virus due to its production of high levels of type I interferon and amplification of the immune against pathogens. Moreover, pDCs appeared to be defective in number and function in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients, which may be associated with viral clearance and persistence. This review resumes the basic functions and mechanisms of pDCs may be involved in chronic hepatitis B.
