摘要/Abstract

摘要： 维A酸类药物是一组与天然维生素A结构类似的化合物,至今维A酸类药物治疗疣状表皮发育不良的文献报道仅有十几篇。有作者报道口服维A酸类药物对疣状表皮发育不良具有一定的临床疗效,但报道的例数均较少,并且还需更系统的对照研究证实。

关键词: 维A酸, 疣状表皮发育不良

Abstract: Retinoids are compounds of similar structures to natural vitamin A. Till now, there are only a few reports that cover Epidermodysplasia verruciformis treated with retinoids. Certain clinical efficacy of Retinoids in dealing with Epidermodysplasia verruciformis has been proved yet the number of the cases is not enough and requires further systematical comparable research.
