伏立康唑的药效学研究评价

摘要：

伏立康唑作为一线的抗真菌治疗药物，其临床应用越来越广泛。伏立康唑变异大，临床治疗过程中发现其药效学特征在不同人群有很大区别。本文围绕伏立康唑的药效学研究进行综述和评价，明确不同人群中影响药效学的因素，着重从临床疗效角度出发浅谈剂量调整的一般思路和对策。在特殊人群中，治疗药物监测结合药动学/药效学模型的仿真可以提高剂量调整的准确性。

Abstract:

Voriconazole, as a first-line antifungal treatment, has been widely used in clinics. Significant variability of voriconazole has been found and its pharmacodynamic characteristics vary in different populations. In this paper, the review and evaluation of voriconazole pharmacodynamics are presented to indicate their determined influence factors according to populations and to investigate corresponding strategy of dosage adjustment. Therapeutic drug monitoring is suggested to combine with simulations through population pharmacokinetic/phamacodynamic model to improve the accuracy of dosage adjustment.
